From a very young age, Dawni Angel was consumed by one question: why do people do what they do?

That question drove years of study, research, and training that eventually led her to her life’s work. Not behavior or performance, but the innate wiring underneath all of it.

In 2009, Dawni began developing the Innate Drivers framework, a system that identifies the lifelong, inborn traits that shape how a person makes decisions, finds meaning, and shows up in every relationship they have. What started as a personal fascination with human nature and incentives became a body of work she is now co-authoring into a book with renowned author Kristen Ulmer.

As a longtime coach and trusted adviser, Dawni works with individuals, partnerships, and teams who are oriented toward something bigger than the bottom line. Her clients are values-driven leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations who genuinely believe that business can be a force for good. They come to her when they sense that something is off in themselves, in their key relationships, or in the culture they are trying to build, and they want clarity that goes all the way to the root.

The results tend to be profound. When people understand their own innate wiring, friction decreases, while harmony exponentially increases. And the ripple effect they have always wanted to create in the world finally has tangible traction.

Individual alignment. Relational harmony. Profound ripple effect.

That is the work. And her favorite way to do it is over a really good cup of coffee.

“Liberation/self-realization does not occur until you fully and completely own your own mind, and the only way to own your own mind is to investigate what is driving your behavior. What is the core motivation between your thoughts, emotions, actions? And until we understand that then it isn’t our life. It’s someone else’s or something else’s.”
