From a very young age, I was fascinated by human behavior, immersing myself in everything I could find on the subject. This obsession with understanding why people do what they do led to years of study, research, and training, resulting in expertise in conflict resolution, team harmonization, and a deep passion for executive coaching. I am dedicated to fostering understanding and collaboration among business teams and executives, helping them achieve greater cohesion and productivity. It is important for me to have an innovative approach and lasting impact on organizational culture.
